Norman H. Smith, CPA
Norm has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant for over nineteen years. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University (Ohio). He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche), one of the Big Four public accounting firms. He has also served in a variety of corporate finance and accounting positions for a number public firms, primarily in the software industry. His goal has been to provide his clients with the highest level of technical expertise and personalized service.

Milton Halford, CPA
Milton has been with the firm since January 2009, when he relocated to the Atlanta area to be closer to family. Milton has retired from full-time public accounting, having previously owned his own CPA firm in Little Rock, AR. He has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He began his career in public accounting over 40 years ago with Peat Marwick & Mitchell, one of the original "Big Eight" accounting firms, and has extensive experience in the areas of individual and business taxation, audits, reviews, and trusts and estates.
Jeanne Memarzadeh
Jeanne has been with the firm since 2006. As Office Manager, she is responsible for receiving and organizing client information, scheduling, and general office administration. She is also the primary point of contact for our payroll services, and also assists with bookkeeping for some of our small business clients. Jeanne is originally from Omaha, Nebraska.
Nathan Pew
Nathan has been with the firm since 2007. Nathan is responsible for monthly bookeeping and sales tax preparation for our small business clients. He also assists with individual and business income tax preparation. Nathan is currently a student at Georgia State University and will graduate in May 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Finance.
